Product page gives insufficient information
I purchased this product because the information seemed complete and it seemed to fit my existing equipment. I also saw reviews of other items which were less than cheering. This one was unreviewed and thus a mistake to purchase. When I received the unit after trying and failing to follow the instructions I called JVC "product service" who tell me for the first time that this model is not supported by a simple cable connection but needs a box. Thankfully Amazon sent approval for return of the unit. I would have given this zero stars but that seems not allowed.More detail ...
